Rubber Sheet Pick & Place Unit
The vacuum pick-and-place unit is designed to transfer rubber sheets from the cutting conveyor to the output conveyor. Equipped with 3 servo motors for longitudinal and vertical motion, and a pneumatic cylinder for precise up-down operation, it ensures fast, automated handling. A rotary indexing table at the output side enables angular adjustment of the pressing cylinder unit for accurate sheet alignment. The system uses a 3-line suction cup setup, activating specific lines based on sheet variants. Robust, precise, and simple to operate, it reduces cycle time and ensures efficient sticking of two sheets within the set timeframe.
